Belly dancing is an excellent, low-impact exercise, boosting balance, mobility, core strength, posture, and bone health with gentle, flowing movements that are adaptable for different fitness levels and can help with coordination and pelvic floor strength, making it a fun, holistic way to stay active and improve overall well-being. 

No dance experience necessary. Beginners Welcome!
